Is it necessary to have any expert skill to move in CANADA ? like express entry ??
or there is any other way to get in Canada and then choose a category of work ??

You need to do some more homework on your own. We are volunteers and can not hold your hand all the way. If you want this, get a lawyer to help you and pay for the service. All the information is on the internet, you need to read these websites.
