Been 9 months after medical and no call for passports yet...

HIi all,
I belong to India and We received request for Additional documents and medical in january 2014.We sent al documents in late February and ECAS was updated on 12-05-2014 which shows medical results received.So its almost been 9 months and we have not received any call for passports yet.So can any1 tell me how much time it may take? Thnx.

I guess your file is at NDVO. Pls share your timeline.

My big bro applied for us in nov 2008.We received the request for additional docs with original certificates and medical in january 2014.We sent the docs and medical in feb 2014.ECAS was updated on 12-05-2014 showing medical results received.

It seems you guy's are under family class sponsorship and not spousal.
FYI: Your medical is still valid until Feb 2015. NDVO may extend the validity of your medicals at their own descrition or may send you the request for remedical's.
Immigration to Canada is a time consuming phenomena. You guy's might see month's of silence before they make a final decision on your application.
I suggest that your brother should order GCMS notes to see the progress of your case.

What is updated?

Just their last modification date.Nothing else.
