What is the feasibility of applying for a study visa with a student loan and putting in the letter of reasons that the objective is to go to a study program in Canada and by any legal means to want to stay in the country to develop personally and professionally in it, in the future, applying for a provincial nomination, as long as it results in a positive response. If the answer is negative, return without any inconvenience to the country of origin?
In other words, be 100% sincere about the intentions in the letter of reasons.
Becoming a permanent resident through studies is not illegal, so analyzing it coldly and objectively, I see no reason why it cannot be placed in a letter of reasons.
