They asked for dates and details of interview and hiring process. We didn't track all dates. We wrote a letter telling the entire story since we applied until when we got the job.
I don't know why its been a week and we haven't received a final result yet

Did you receive any email? As similar thing happened with me. But I received the email an hour after submitting the proofs of hiring procedures. And the email confirmed my nomination however my bcpnp profile still showing decision finalised.

What do you mean that the email confirmed your nomination? Looks like you have received approval?
