Hi everyone,
I understand that the guide says employer should be either incorporated or a limited liability partnership. My employer is actually a partnership of incorporations (not a LLP). I'm wondering if anyone has successfully obtained the nomination with their employer being a partnership of incorporations? What legal documents you provided to them? The registration of partnership or the certificate of incorp from each of the partners?
I would think the partnership structure is pretty common for professional firm, which shouldn't disqualify any established and in good standing BC employers.
Any ideas will be much appreciated!
