If u apply under bc pnp then i want to tell u that for the applicants who will apply after 1st jan 2015 bc pnp increase processing time to 10 - 13 months .. Even more.... Even in EE they will put any application in further su category that will have its own processing time ... That 6 months are only for federal PR .. :-\

The BC PNP wait times is ludicrous. I am terrified, I submitted in November but my visa runs out in August so i think i am screwed.

Haha job offer is definitely NOT a red carpet for PR. There are people who have lived, studied and worked for years and still struggle to stay permanent.

you should have applied under FSW regular process you would have got by this time..applying to PNP instead.

when you have job offer in hand even it will not come under Cap also.

better luck,

Hi Guys,

I am planning to apply to British Columbia PNP process.
Unfortunately the procedure is unclear. Few queries.

1. I am applying in Express entry process. Already started with ECA. I am trying to apply under FSWP but I am sure without a job offer my points will be low. If I apply fro BC PNP will my points improve? (In the ECA its stated as FSPW)

2. How do I apply for a Province? If I get a job offer does that qualify as a green flag? So if I get a job offer that means I have successfully applied and got a place in that province?

Thanks. Kirubakar

for BC PNP you need to have a job offer or graduated from their university. plz go through BC PNP website in detail.
if u have a job then you have bright chances not only in BC but in EE also.and i think ECA is compulsory for EE profile. search this forum for confirmation.

Hello, as sumairak said job offer is mandatory for bc pnp. And please remember that only ordinary job letter won't give you 600 Points in EE you must have Job offer letter under LIMA. Means your job should be approved under LIMA then you will get points for arranged job letter...
And to apply BC pnp first select your category like what is your status in Canada i.e International Graduate, International Post Graduate or any other eligible category.. Take a look their website for more information. To apply download forms and fill them and send on given address. Remember that now days BC PNP's processing time is 13 months more wait may cause increase in waiting times
Thanks
Good luck

Hi All,

I have a very basic question and will be very thankful if any of you can reply in detail.
I am from Pakistan and through one consultant have applied for British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program. Now, i have received confirmation from my consultant that your nomination is confirmed and i need to pay another huge payment to him so he can submit my application to CIC.

Do any of you know how can i verify this nomination? he will be sending me soft copy in couple of days. But before releasing his next payment i want to make very sure that the nomination is from CIC and not something he cooked up himself, and that also as a Skilled Worker and not in any semi skilled category.

Please tell me how can i make sure that the nomination i got is true and can be processed further. Is there any online CIC system through which i can verify the nomination letter? Please reply in detail.

Much appreciated.

Regards,
