I have a BCPNP nomination and submitted for Non-EE for the Health Authority stream. I really, really dislike my job and feel incredibly stuck as I have a closed work permit and can't change jobs at this point in my immigration process. I've applied for a lateral transfer (same NOC) with my employer but that seems unlikely to happen. This situation is now beginning to affect my mental health and I am wondering if I can take an unpaid leave of absence if I notify BCPNP. It's my understanding that my job would be protected until I return but would the fact that I am not physically working full-time, negate my nomination? Thank you all
