So you are in Canada now working what type of work permit?

Currently I am on visitor visa. I have to job offers in bc and Alberta as a sales supervisor thought Lima and planning to get a closed work permit

So you have two LMIAS and have applied for a closed work permit. Are you eligible for Express Entry? You need to research the PNP programs and figure out what stream/program you are eligible for.
