Basically asking this question on behalf of my dad. He is here in British Columbia on a closed work permit. Recently, we have been looking into PR options and think BC PNP would be an ideal option since his CRS score is not high enough for Express Entry; and so we went through the program requirements and eligibility. We are having some confusion about the job offer requirement. So, my dad’s company is registered in Ontario, and the job will state Ontario on it, and through the company he is working for a client who is based in British Columbia. My dad’s work permit also states British Columbia as the workplace location and is our place of residence. So, if he were to apply for BC PNP, would he be eligible since the PNP website states the employer must -
