im currently working as a social service worker in vancouver, i came over on a swap visa and have applied for the bc pnp skilled worker with the support of my employer... i work for a large non-profit organisation over 600 employees.. my position is a union position and under a collective aggrement.. my wages are controlled by a collective agrement so im on the same as every one else with yearly incriments.. somebody told me that the pnp wage requirment is the same as the one on service canada website which is 18.99 im on a little less than this but i recieve extented health benifts etc.. am i ruled out already or do they consider benifits.. they advertised my position for a month got 12 applicants and none had enough experience for the type of position(disabilities and challenging behaviours) anyone give me any info on the wage situation?
