Hi All,
I have a situation, where I can understand that I may not get LMIA. The reason is, I was hired on PGWPP which was exempted for LMIA at that time, but now the rule is changed and all pgwpp holders should provide with LMIA. Without LMIA I may not get invited for EE CEC. Also, BC PNP is a lengthy process and depends on my current job offer( I am not sure how long I am going to do this job, I may change the job this year). I may also move to other province for PhD.
Now at this situation, what do you people think is the best option for getting PR?
Any advice from the experts are welcome.
Thanks
