I was wondering if anyone has dealt with a similar circumstance.....
I am applying for BC PNP PR application. I have a post secondary trades certificate (carpentry and joinery) from a college in the UK. The program was 2 years long.
I am unable to obtain a ECA as WES does not validate trade certificates.
I was wondering if I should leave my highest level of education as post secondary/trades or as high school?
Does anyone know if the ECA is mandatory? If I leave highest education as post secondary on my application, but can not obtain a ECA, could this hinder my chances?
If an ECA is mandatory I have to obtain an ECA for my highschool credits as well? The UK is a bit different than Canada - I have several different exam boards and would require a few different WES applications....
Any help would be appreciated!!
