Hello folks, I am living in BC from 15months now. Got a job this year in March on OWP and have been trying to get documents for bc pnp Tech application ever since. My employer denied to support the process and didn't provide any required document. Did anyone of you face this issue? Is this something that you put as a condition or have a talk about while taking up the job? They say that Bc pnp timelines are lesser as compared to other states pnp programs and doesn't need LMIA. But the documents required for it seem like more efforts for employer and they are unwilling to help. I am planning to switch jobs after completing a year, but not sure if other tech employers support this kind of application. Please chime in if you've got any experiences applying for bc pnp.
