I currently in Toronto and working on Intra company transfer. I have got a job transfer to Vancouver and job assignment is for 24 months. my NOC code is 0213 and I qualify for Tech Pilot

My transfer WP is just initiated and it would take approx. 3 months for my transfer to happen as per my Lawyer.
I have few questions considering my chances of receiving invitation are high.
1. Job Offer letter - My job offer letter does not indicate job dutires and responsibilities. I get a job letter which has the title, duration, salary and benefits. I was reading this forum and people say that I should have a letter clearly indicating Job responsibilities. Can I submit the application which has the job details which we submitted for IRCC for processing WP or should I get another letter which just highlights the role and responsibilities?
2. Recommendation letter - I was planning to my recommendation letter from my manager, would this be sufficient?
3. Job verification or visits - I heard in few instances the case assessor normally needs to make call or visit the places. My client is Rogers and I have to work in their office. Currently we do not have any company folks there and I have to move there and start a new project. So if they call Rogers, it goes to their board number and they may not find my name in their list. We have sizable team (more than 200 people) from our company in Toronto and 50+ people at Vancouver works with various clients. My company headquartered in Toronto and we have a small office in BC. Would it be any problem?
