I am on a Intra company transfer WP from US and currently based in Toronto. My new job is in Vancouver and company is ready to provide the necessary documentation for filing the BC PNP.
As you know my job is LMIA Expemt, company is not doing any external hiring so the kind of supporting document for Job Form is easier as it is just location transfer from Toronto to Vancouver.

I have few classifications on supporting document for both BC PNP and Express entry:
1. Offer letter - My company letter does not indicate the job duties on the letter. It contain the location, salary and benefits. There would be a document which we file with IRCC for WP processing which contains the job duties. Can I provide the same or should I request my company to give an a letter with job responsibilities?
2. Manager Recommendation letter - Should it be on company letter or with formal signature along with phone number and email is sufficient?
3. Verification Calls or Visits by Case Assess team - My client is Rogers and I need to work out of their office. I have provided their office as my work location and my company Toronto head quarter address in my application.
For verification process, if it happens what would they do in my case, in case if they call Rogers no one will confirm about my name as I can move there only after my WP approval which will take another 3-4 months. Should I be concerned on this at all and can some share their experience?
