On 3rd of December 2019, PR application status on CIC's online services was updated as decision made. But under GC key it shows as under process. Is anyone faced this situation and when did you receive presicise answer from CIC. we raised a query using WEB FORM and response received was "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you to provide you with that decision."
