Anyone applying in July?

I sent out my application on Monday.(7/7)
And just check that they have changed the processing time from 14-16 weeks into 5-6 months.

I think it is talking about the processing time of the decision (Approve or Decline)
For applying to the PR, it is CIC's matter after got approval.

yes you are right bud. 5 to 6 month is only for bcpnp.

Updated: I got an email from PNP office that my VISA DEBIT card was declined. So they requested me to resend a new credit card no. form to the office within 10days.


Just want to let you guys know that VISA DEBIT is not work for sure, although some people said that theirs is work.
So for more secure, please use CREDIT CARD or money order.

I will fall into Finance & Accounts NOC 1112. is it qualified NOC for this PNP?

Please advise information or provide me the link if possible.

My work permit will be expired in Oct, I am getting worry as they said they need 5-6 months for processing, but since I got the file no. in 2 weeks instead of 10 weeks, I think it in a positive way that I will get the result earlier too!!

Do you mean that you suggest me to send them an email after a month? What did they reply you?
I believe you can have it soon! You are an good example to my case!

Email them after month of receiving your application. That's what I did and they reply right away saying decision was recently made and should be mail to my address.

Hi Zacknling,

We share stories to give hope, inspiration and in any goodness way to people. I'm glad that I gave that to you. I think you have enough time and if in case you run out of time, What you could do, of which, I consider as my option if things haven't turned out the way it is. I think you can try to still send your work permit extension , send a paper application this will buy you some time and hoping by then your nomination will arrive and you can send it to them ASAP. This way you'll have an implied status and can continue to work until a decision will be made, but given your timeline I think you'll be okay.
