Hi everyone.. I have a concern regarding certificate of incorporation.. My husband is going to apply for bc pnp.. His employer gave him certificate of incorporation with extra provincial corp in alberta, his employer said its ok and he have license in British columbia. However our agent told us my husbands employer needs the certificate of incorporation from british columbia.. Which is true? Im really worried.. Pls help..

If you are applying for BC PNP, I believe the business will need to be incorporated in BC.

Anyone else can support this ?

Thanks

Business has to be in BC only if you want to apply for BCPNP....

It is in BC and been operating there for 2yrs. Originally it was in alberta, but the owner decided to move the business in BC.. The business has BC licence but the certificate of incorporation with extra provincial incorporation is in alberta...
