I am wondering how the latest changes to the TFW programme might affect PNP. Specifically, the change from NOC OAB CD. To high wage and low wage. For example, if a supervisory position which requires previous management experience and possibly college or university education pays less that the provincial median wage (hospitality industry is a poor payer) then what classification can one apply under for PNP?
