I am in the entry level-semi skilled worker category.
I received a letter of procedural fairness regarding if I was in the correct NOC category ( not worried about this as i showed proof that i am actually in the right NOC )
and they are not content with my " 9 months of consecutive work for eligible employer.
I have worked for same employer for almost 2 years. Took 3 months personal leave due to death of step kids mother. Went back to work for my last 2 months before work permit expired.
Do they operate with some " commons sense" in these kind of situations or are they following the rules "to the dot" ? Would be backwards to be decline for not having 9 consecutive months when i have been employed for 23 months.
PNP application sent june 23.
processing time started july 24
Procedural letter arrived september 19
Response from me sent october 1
Nothing changed so far.
Thanks guys
