BC Entrepreneur Program:
If one opens a subsidiary of his company in BC and get intra company transferee work permit as senior executive - an easy route to PNP that leads to PR. Individual is 60 year old business man.
I have following questions:
1. As CEO of the company will his BC skill experience as ICT count? Will he get a BC PNP nomination? Do employers have any requirement? Or he can go as ICT as owner and be eligible for PNP?
2. The requirement for the BC skilled worker PNP is the employer has to be in business for 1 year.
He says a consultant recommended going ICT route
