What information does the bar code actually carry ?

btw, can I date the application form using a previous date for convenience ? (For example, all the other forms are dated on day N, but I fill the remaining form on day N+1, can I still date the application form using day N ? )

I don't think having different dates on each form could be an issue. My all forms had different date.. because as i filled them on different days..

PS:Any senior can correct me if i am wrong.

The same information you typed into the form. It just saves them from having to transcribe the form when they can just scan it in.

You must be thinking that the bar code is secretly recording what you have been doing, and perhaps it flags your application to the officer if you filled in a different day than what the actual date is shown in computer? Don't worry. No one will stress about this.
