We misslook the format of the date of employment in the form The application to Sponsor, Sponsorship and Agreement. We put the month in the day section. Is it okay to fill out the form again and validate the form to get another bar code?or can we just edit it handwritten?

Better to fill again and validate again. If you correct by hand they might not notice and the bar code will have old info, which will imported on their system.
