Bar Code Pages arrangement Issue

There are bar code pages for form IMM1344 and IMM0008.

so which form's bar code i should put at the top of all documents and forms?
or it does not matter, just put all bar codes pages at the beginning?

For each form take the bar code page and put it at the front of each form. Thats what i did. If imm008 is 8 pages long and the bar codes are page 8, then i arranged mine page 8, then page 1-7.
