Hello good morning,
Las year at LAX i was deemed inadmissible for admit smoke marijuana in Nevada (state what is legal)

Now i would like to know if i will have any problem visiting Canada.

And if i will have mention this what happened to me at USA when i request my eTA.

Thanks in advance

If they ask if you’ve ever been denied a visa or refused or banned entry, you have to tell them. If you don’t, it’s misrepresentation and IRCC has access to you US files.

If you want to make sure you aren't banned from Canada, then you must declare the US refusal in your eTA application. If you fail to declare the US refusal in your eTA application, then you will be banned from Canada as well.

Just to add that just because it is legal in Canada does not mean it is a free pass into Canada if not legal in another country so as advice above declare where the question is asked and take your chances for approval.

Not that will bother you but since has been legal, and maybe before, there have been press reports that anyone admitting use in Canada has been turned away at the US border.
