Hi...
was banned for 5 years for mispresentation of documents through agent..we were about 20 students in all..we have now taken a lawyer to appeal on our behave.. wanted to know what will happen and secondly will it show when applying for Europe, UK and America. Haven’t applied Europe and UK before ..thank you

Other countries will be aware of the refusal and ban. If a visa application form asks about refusals from other countries, you must declare it.

not sure if it shows up in Europe but if asked you should always answer truthfully.

Are you just trying to get into ANY country or do you have a preferred list? The five eyes countries will definetly pick up your bans or rejections. Other smaller countries may not. Do not lie on any applications though, as it will definitely come back to bite your ass sometime in the future.

It's up to you if you don't declare them or not (sounds like you are thinking of not doing it by your posts), but the consequences will all be down to you, nobody else.

The first warning bell should of gone off when the company booked your tickets, second when they said you'd get your visas for sure .

yeah. It never came in mind and is my first time. We were all student. My problem is me finding it difficult to apply again with another country because I don’t want to waste money again

As i knew, the canadian system has a common system only with USA, you can apply for Europe.
