If primary applicant gets banned due to misrepresentation due to fake documents, will dependent applicants in application will receive similar ban as well and cant apply to other countries?

It depends on the circumstances and application. However generally yes, the other family members in the application are also impacted.

Whether you can apply to another country is a different matter and not covered by Canada's immigration rules. You would need to research that separately and also make sure you declare any past refusals in those applications.

What was this for - EE, PNP, TRV, Work permit.

If for PR, the other family members are impacted and even if your spouse becomes principal applicant and receives ITA, the spouse is not eligible because you are banned.

Thank you, this is for work permit. I have 2 dependent applicants- spouse and kid, so dependants wont be able to apply to canada & other countries in future for any visa and will impact their immigration?

Dependant applicant will always have to mention their reason for refusal in future visa applications that visa got refused as primary applicant got banned for canada due to misrepresenation of documents and dependant application also got rejected due to this?

Your family members will always want to mention the refusal to be open and transparent. As for other countries will depend on the strength of their profiles. For Canada, what are they applying for? For a visitor visa, they may be approved as they were not banned.

For canada-Visitor/Study visa in future. My spouse has US valid travel visa until 2026, can she travel to US for meetings as she got refused due to misrepresentation by primary applicant in canada application? Is there way US immigration will deport her as her husband got banned in canada as five eyes countries share all information?

Yes, they will need to mention the same. They were part of the application.

It is possible that on entering the US, she can be denied entry. US Border Services can deny entry to anyone.

Your wife can still travel to the US on her valid US visa.

whether she is able to enter the US will always be determined at the border. Nobody can guarantee that she won’t have any issues entering.

If you haven’t submitted the fraudulent documents then the best thing to do is to not submit them.
