Banking Certifications in Canada

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if there are any good certification programs in Canada for Bankers. I am a Banking professional here in Dubai and plan to immigrate to Canada. However, as per my understanding I must have some Canadian Education/qualification for getting a reasonable job. kindly list any certification programs available for bankers.
