Hi,

1. If I get the money required and keep it in my account for more than 3 months and given that it is maintained for over 6 months, do I still have to inform them how I got this money or can I mention that it is from my previous salaries collected and then deposited at once?

2. Also if I decide to get a Gift deed can it be after i receive the ITA or should it also be there for more than three months?

3. What is the difference between gift deed and affidavit? Do i need both or either?

1. No need to mention.
2. You can receive gift deed anytime.
3. For gift deed there are special charges that applies however affidavit does not require to pay special charges. You can have any of them.

Talk to the Notaries. There is a fee applicable on that.

Okay you are such an expert at this, thanks for the many responses and sorry for the many questions. I am planning to request this from my aunt (not directly related), is that acceptable? however do we have to be in the same country to officiate this gifting in front of a lawyer?
