Bank statement

I am applying for express entry with my spouse and child.

After being accepted I need to submit a bank statement. Does it have to be in my name, or can it be in my spouse's name????

It has to be in the principal applicant's name. If you're the principal applicant (sounds like you are), it will have to be in your name. A joint account is acceptable as well - as long as you have the same rights on the account.
