i have to apply in october for Visa to get Study permit for jan intake 2012 but my Account does not contain Required Amount.
Now i have decided to sale property but i am confused that according to Canadian Embassey Bank Stament should be from 3 to 4 months.
if will place money in the account 15 days before applying the VISA is it any issue regarding prove of Money????
or does i have to show the saled property documents ?? if yes that what type of property documents are required ????

well, I cant say much on it, but I "feel" that if you show "certified Bank Education loan" then visa officer do not give much importance to your bank summary (I may be wrong with my assumption!). Well, selling property is a huge way, I dont think if you should sell property just to get your visa.... suppose ki agar visa officer ko gussa aa gaya, toh visa bhi gaya aur property bhi gayi.... :)

You can show your family's financial transaction history. and even if you go ahead with your plan to sell property, and transfer the money into your account, then chances exists for Visa officer to raise questions, in that case you MUST get ready with documents related to selling transaction.

but its not a big issue at all. You have right to raise money for your education.

oh sorry, I thought you are from India. In India, its easy to get education loan from a bank provided you have property equal to applied loan.

There should be no problem even if you sell property and transfer money into your account just few weeks prior to the submission of papers. Visa Officer might ask you, "the source of money", in that case you can produce legally valid sell transaction papers.
