Bank statement for PR while being in Canada as Visitor

Got the ITA under French cateogory. My wife is primary applicant who, cleared TCF. She is on visitor visa. I had work-permit unitl feb 2026. The extension was rejected. Applied status resotration and visitor record immediately.
Now for the Proof of funds, she has over CAD 40k but in Indian accounts. Since, we are living here in canada for past some time, is it necessary to show my CIBC account statement and transactions of last 3 or 6 months.
What if I do not show my Canadian account?

Any help or suggestion is grately appreciated.

Make sure you maintain status as visitors until PR. You show funds to meet POF for 2 people through her funds or joint...whatever works. You don't need to show funds if not required.
