Bank statement and Bank Certificate

Hi

My bank statement has stamp in the first and last page. In between it has 3 more page with no stamp.Also the paper they did gave me is so bad that barely you can see the logo in the paper.
I am thinking writing the issue in the LOE.Will it be okay?

My bank certificate is okay and written everything in it.Will there be a problem if I don't submit the statement only the certificate?

As per my knowledge BANK STATEMENT is more important that Bank certificate as that's how they verify the average balance for last 6 months & look the source of funds.( could be monthly salary credits, transfer of funds from another account, gifts from family etc )
So without bank statement there may be problem.

If your bank certificate has average balance for the past six months, you are all set. If it doesn't have this info, you will need to attach six months worth of statements.
