I had one more question.
My father has rented out his city home to our relative and he stays in village.
Since the house is rented to relative no lease agreement was done, it is verbal and my father receives rent every month.
Is there any way we can show this as a income.

should my father do an affidavit stating that the house is rented?

No agreements = No legit income = Cannot be shown

Affidavits will not work. It would have helped if there was a rent agreement + rent was paid into your dad's bank account.

Aside of the TRV application, it is wise to have legal documentation for property matters.... just in case. My two cents

Thankyou for the quick reply.

How of the renter itself provides with a letter stating that he is renting the house with all his details.
I think that the name of the depositor comes in the bank statement if IRCC wants to cross verify.
