bank options for international students..suggestions please

Hi all,

hello seniors, i am somewhat undecided on which bank is best to open a student account with upon arrival and would like to find out from some of you folks who are already studying in canada.
which of the following banks we you recommend for international students

Scotiabank
TD Bank Financial Group
CIBC
RBC Royal Bank
National Bank of Canada
BMO Bank of Montreal
HSBC

i would appreciate if you support your choices with reasons why.

i went with TD bank good for cross border banking from US as it is also in US.....also close to university

most of money transfer would be from africa so i really dont know if TD will be best.
