bank loan letter as financial proof

request to all hero members and experienced guys please advice if we can use bank loan letter as financial proof for student visa.if yes what letter should contain?

yes you can.
it should contain that this much amount of money in CAD has been issued to this candidate.

To this best my knowledge, you MUST HAVE THE MONEY in your hand! (i.e in your bank account)
No matter you took it as a loan from bank or from somewhere else. In your case, you can show your loan approval letter to justify your money.

But if you only have the loan approval letter yet and not the money, in this case I think things WON'T work until you get this money from the bank, put it in your account and then show it to the embassy.
