Bank Letter Issue- Please Help

I have Citizens bank also. Their online statements are in color. Meaning the letter head is usually green in color.

The online statements are in black and white. I checked again. I'm wondering how yours are color and mine aren't.

Yes it's green on the website but when I download the statements in PDF the logo is in black.

Thanks for your response. I have sent them an email on their online portal but I got a response that they have sent me online statements which of course isn't what I was requesting I will send them one again and hope to have a similar response as you have had. Do you mind telling me your bank's name?
