Its regarding my sister who is applying for sept 2013 session in a college in Toronto ,we have suffiecient balance of 20 lacs to show for her study and we can take a bank statement right away.the money has been in the account for more then 5 months but now a sitaution has occurred,my brother and mom are going for Hajj and it would cost them 11 lacs in total .they are very worried ,what if they with draw the money after taking bank statement and embassy declines her case.
my question is : does embassy checks the balance according to "as on date" of bank balance or it asks randomly "what is the balance today" .
Plz i will be thankful if any body replies fast ,since my family is holding back our haj travel agent just to know what will happen incase of with drwing after taking bank statement
