Can anyone tell me that May I go in person for bank balance certificate or anyone in Family Member can go and take it from the Bank ?

Your wife can go to collect the Balance Certificate. Send an email to the Branch Manager authorizing your wife to collect the Balance Certificate on your behalf. You may have to show some document like Marriage Certificate/spouse's name added in your passport if your wife is not a joint accountholder for the account under question.
