Hello,

The bank account that I will show it to the VO, will be my mother's account, the money in the account is totally mine, but I need to make it in my mother's name so she can transfer the money from the account to me in Canada..

Now, would it be a problem that the account is my mother's, and the VO will consider that my mother will sponsor me and then I need to provide some proof that my mother is able to support herself?

OR, should I make the account in my name? or what???

Please give your suggestions

no do this nd show the incom in your own acount and make sponser yourself. bcoz if your mom is not iellegible for incom then how will you show your mom source of incom and other sporting document. so make sponser yourself its better for you.

even i am showing my mother as my sponser and using her bank statement, but i have shown that my father has provided money to mother to sponser me and fathers business prove is attached.

i think it doesnt matter at all, yar mother can be sponser, there is no problem in it.

So, I then need to make the bank account in my name, not in my mother's name, because I cannot guarantee that I can provide that my father sponsors my mother...
But, what if the VO suspects that the money will not be sent to me, because if I am in Canada, and the bank account in my name, who will send me the money? no one is able to send me the money because the account is in my name; that's why I thought the account would be my mother's...


Please give your suggestions as I am very confused with this, and need to open the account at the start of the next week.

you can make sponser you mom but for this you have to proof that your mom have enough money and aditional document which consider that your mom can sport your expensive in canada as well.

Like I said above, I cannot guarantee that I can provide a proof that my mother will support herself, so let's say I will open the account in my name, I am frightened that the VO will suspect the money sending to Canada,

then make a account your own name and transer the money which is your mother's account and then mention it on SOP...hope for the best every case has some doubts so have faith in ALLAH and do apply.

I will make the account in my name, and apply for visa application (attached with my bank statement - in my name), then I will mention in my SOP, that I will transfer the money from my account to my mother's account right before traveling, so the VO will be convinced this way that the money will be sent to me while I'm in Canada...
