If someone lost the PR status and he is outside Canada while he lost the PR status... Did he still manage bank accounts and business in Canada... if not, how to close the bank accounts and business in Canada... can anyone advise.... can he get the visit or some other visa to manage the business and the bank accounts...

Closing a bank account is very easy. You could directly write to your branch and explain your situation. They will close your account(s).
Closing business is also easy but you need to find someone (better a lawyer) who could act on behalf of you in Canada. After finding this person or the lawyer, go to the Canadian Embassy in your country and sign an affidavit (for closing your business) there. An embassy employee or a commissioner must sign your affivadit as a witness. Get two copies of this affidavit, send one to Canada and keep one with you.
