Bangladeshi Students Study permit Forms?

Which forms do I fill out as a Bangladeshi student? These forms here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/student.asp
or, from this link: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/forms_study-formulaires_etude.aspx
The second link doesn't have PDF versions of Study Permit Checklist and Additional Information. I'm supposed to put the checklist on the top of my application. I'm confused!
The first link has TRV form but the second one doesn't and the checklists are different too! Please help.

Use the second link. As your file will be sent to Singapore office that's why you are supposed to follow their checklist and forms. Try using PDF nitro, that worked for me.
