A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she enquired: "How heavy is this glass of water?"

Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.

She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes."

She continued, "The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything."

Remember to put the glass down.

Its Ministerial Instruction -MI.

MI-2 was the FSW opening - Jul 10- Jun 11
MI-3 was the FSW opening - Jul 12- Jun 12
MI-8 was the FSW opening - May 13-Apr 14
MI-12 was the FSW opening - May 14-Apr 15

Each of the FSW is covered by a set of MI...

those who want to land in Toronto first & after immigration & other works, want to go to other city/province [like Edmonton/Vancouver] by connecting flight, please book your connecting flight ticket at least 5-6 hours after landing in Toronto. cz when I landed in Toronto, I saw few immigrants who failed to catch their connecting flight to other province just because of long que at immigration & other areas.......for any further information feel free to PM me.

Their sent mail is as below:

CASE STATUS/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

ONLY THOSE ITEMS MARKED WITH AN "Y" ARE APPLICABLE TO YOUR CASE:
All documents required by this office which are not available in English or French must be accompanied
by a certified translation. We will return all original documents, except those which were issued expressly
in support of this application. To assist with the review of your documents, please quote the above file
number on all correspondence and include a copy of this letter with your submission. We look forward to
hearing from you as soon as possible.

YOU SHOULD SUBMIT ONLY THOSE ITEMS MARKED WITH AN "Y":

Y: Completed IMM5669 Schedule A with updated information for you, your spouse, and each of
your dependent children who is 18 years of age or older. Forms can be found online:

personal history and addresses since the age of 18 and ensure that you do NOT leave any gaps in

I have downloaded the form IMM5669E. It is the same form which I submitted during application [Schedule 1 Background Declaration form IMM 0008 (01-2009)E Schedule 1]

My question is: why they have again asked the same for me and my spouse? Is it to check my background for the last 40 months since I have submitted my application?

Have anyone got the same mail?

My brother was also asked same thing before receiving his medical... This is just to be updated with your recent background...

So don't worry... Just send this docs as quick as possible....


Suggestion is to use FedEx since this was the fastest as per my experience...
