So we can tell SGVO is having busy on MI-2 backlog clearance... ;D

A ques, can u plzz tell me vaia when exactly ur ECAS changed, has it been changed today or earlier?

need expert opinion:
when i applied my surname and given names was wrong actually i put it wrongly, but they took it as correct form because whenever they issued me a letter or emailed me they wrote my surname and given names correctly. however on 26th february2014 they requested me to submit my passport, medical ,bank draft CAD 490 and police clrnce certificate, updated Schedule A /background declaration and i have submitted it by 19th March 2014. but last time when i updated Schedule A /background declaration i wrote my surname and given names correctly ( almost inverse than before i,e my surname became given name and given name became surname). will there be any problem?

You can explain them in writing.....I think that's not a big issue................

Total Application Received: 15456
Total Processed: 9264
Total Withdrawn: 1410
Total Pending: 4762

If visa target of SGVO is 2180 in 204 then it will take 2+ years to complete all. If any one is desired to go to Canada then it would better to apply Nova Scotia PNP program. It will be faster then rest of SGVO applicants.

Dear All, This is just to make u cautious that SGVO may check your LinkedIn , Facebook and Twitter Profile for background checking.


Usually most of the background checking responsibility is handed over to third parties which can includes employer verification/police clearance confirmation etc. So who have these Social website profiles are suggested to sync with ur application provided job designation (or "make Invisible to Everyone" on privacy settings).
