ripon

:) . How did you get it? Ordinary or Registered mail?

jnathan,
I received it by normal post.

Dera sreja/sabbir,

Could u pls tell me ,,,is it required to submit passport with all my family members,,,or only by me is ok???

Also they told me to put passport in a envelope,,,can i send all passports in a envelope or separate envelope???

Waiting for ur quick feedback.
Thanks......

Dear Ripon

Congrats.......

Yes, you can submit the PPs by yourself only. Presence of family members not required. Provide an A4 envelope writing u'r name and mailing address upon it. Be cautious do not close the envelope ...... CHC will use it in future. It doesn't matter whether you put the PPs in the envelope or not. Fill the Appendix A carefully. And put the sticker in the lower portion of the backside of u'r PPs.

Regards

Sabbir

Dear Sabbir,

Would you please be sure that whether or not taking Child tax benefit(CTB) could stop the door for a Permanent Resident to sponsor his/her family members?

today one of my female colleagues asked me this, I couldnt answer.

Dear jnathan

Yeah buddy....i also heard this kinda stuffs. But not found anything in the sites available. What i heard, sponsor to a family member may b affected if anyone take unemployment benefit, its not CTB.

For further information we can place the issue to qorax.

Sabbir,

Yes, I just PM'ed qorax.
I know for sure from arlnr's case that taking social benefit jeopardises that , not the CTB.
Lets see what qorax says. What about applying for benefit for housing by a mom to Canadian government?

jnathan

If u receive any info from qorax pls share.

And for the later case....we need to know the status of the mom. Whether she is the primary applicant or spouse of primary applicant. If she is the primary applicant then logically it may also affect as taking social benefit does.

Sabbir, The Reply:

CCTB is a std relief, which CCRA provides to all newcomers. It's not going to effect your future prospects in Canada - neither while sponsoring any family.

Relax!

QORAX

My Guess is that it could still affect as taking any form of benefit is a burden to any economy and this is never an admired thing to do in any country. if not, who knows in coming future this rule might be imposed that whoever claimed any form of benefit form of such benefits from the Canadian government would be disqualified to sponsor anyone from their country. I'd not take any benefit. I got the gutt to feed my kids. I got my brain to think and my hands to work.

Agreed ....... thousand times.......... :)
