She could be from anywhere of the world. Currently she is the national of which country? She got an Indian or Bangladesh Passport? If she has an Indian passport or say a Bangladeshi one then there is no problem, if she has an Indian passport then she'd be needed all her related papers to be collected from India.
She is currently Holding Indian Passport and i am holding a bangladesh passport....we both work in IT industry....I used to work in India before on employment visa but after indian gov rejected employement visa i had to quit and join a job in dhaka....we r thinking of settling in canada....but a bit confused where to start from since we have different nationalities...
Is it possible ? How much do u think the success rate is?
ALL paper works for both of us to be processed together...or she will have to apply from india ?
