Bad Gateway 502 - for study permit

Hello together, I am struggling with the internet platform to apply visa for my daughter. while clicking continue application, I am getting the error message Bad Gateway 502. have anybody the same issue today?
I checked other forum entries reporting the same issue a while ago....
Is the onliest what I can do, wait - or do I have to do something on my PC.
would be great if you can give me some hints or tips.
