A PR applicant is unable to supply a satisfactory fingerprints due to the old age. Elderly people often don't have reliable fingerprints.
Nevertheless, the applicant diligently went through the procedure. Has paid the fees and the fingerprinting agency has duly submitted the papers. RCMP said they cannot accept such bad fingerprints.
The CIC keeps requesting the fingerprints.
Has anyone went through a similar problem? How did you dealt with that?
