Backlogs

Dear all,
This is Eshwar from India completed B.Tech in chemical engineering with 7.02 CGPA from NAAC A college.I have 13 backlogs in my UG. IELTS score- overall 7.0 band.I want to apply for masters in Canada . Can anyone say what are my chances to get an admission in Canadian universities. 10th state board-90%,12th -84.6%

You can try but sorry to say . It's very tough though because 13 backlog are a big issue and any reputed university will hardly give you a chance. After that during visa application too it will become a issue. I hope it was helpful for you.
