Backlog Summary

Hi,

I applied for Post Graduate Certificate course, and got a mail from the institute saying they require a Backlog Summary. I do not have any backlogs, do I still need to get the backlog summary? If yes, will the university issue it or the college?

Ask your previous college/uni to provide you with backlog certificate.
Generally colleges in Canada requires it.
So get the backlog certificate and provide it to your proposed clg
